“Brisas de la Sabana,” is a residential condominium project built on 114 acres near the town of Nicoya, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. The community is owned and operated by ALMODOVAR DEL RIO S. A. , officially registered under the name: “Condominium Residential Brisas de la Sabana.”
Proyect Distribution
The project is divided into different zones for specific uses. Out of the 114 acres, only 68 hectares for are zoned for housing divided into 320 lots, which means houses will not be built on top of each other. Also, included in the community, is a business center, an administration building, and the recreational facilities. The project also includes a commercial area, that will be located at the front of the community.
